Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Period:

  • Returns and exchanges are only valid within 7 days of receiving the goods. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be provided if an exchange is unavailable.

If Wrong Item is Delivered:

We will immediately process the exchange, or a refund if intended product has been sold out. Our sincerest apologies on this!

If Wrong Order is Placed:

While we will endeavor to accommodate exchange for the product that was intended, we can only do so if intended product is still in stock. If the intended product is not in stock, we will unfortunately not be able to process the exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return & Exchange:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Small Loose Threads: Items with small loose threads that do not affect the usage of the product.
  2. Wear and Tear: Any signs of wear and tear resulting from prolonged or heavy usage of the product.
  3. Color Discrepancy: Color discrepancies due to lighting, inevitable limitations in photography, and variations in tech displays.
  4. Small Discrepancies in Size: Minor discrepancies in size as advertised.

Process for Returns & Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@twigistudios.com within 7 days of receiving your goods to request a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
